Chris POV

When they stood outside the room he felt the nervousness return, he looked at PJ whom also seemed slightly nervous. He brought out his confident smile, and looked at PJ "Ready?" PJ nodded and they opened the door slowly.

Phil looked at them the moment they entered, and smiled, he then gazed at Dan and then stared at Chris and PJ again. Chris smiled and closed the door behind them, Phil looked terrible, but better now than when they found him. He sat up in his bed, with his left arm in plaster, and apparently both of his legs too. But when you looked at his face he had a big smile which made his icy blue eyes glow.

"Hey!" Dan turned in his chair and smiled at PJ and Chris.

"Hellow there" He answered him and gazed at PJ, he seemed so nervous when he stumbled a vague hello, Chris smiled at him, he was so cute, with those pale green eyes and the curly hair.

"Is it them?" Phil asked looking at Dan with a worried face, Dan smiled back and nodded, he then pointed at Chris "this is Chris," he pointed at PJ "and Peej."

Phil smiled and looked at the two, there was an awkward silence in the room, until Dan's mom burst through the door.

"Oh, did I interrupt anything?" she asked and looked at the boys.

"Nope" Chris answered and pulled PJ with him to Phil's bedside.

"Okay" she smiled at them "I'll just check the drip, and then leave you again" she hurried over to Phil where she made sure that everything was alright before she left again.

"Awkward" Phil mumbled which made the other burst into laugh, Chris was certain that they'd get along.

Dan POV

After a short amount of time both Chris and PJ loosened up, and they got along with Phil fast. In some ways it made Dan happy, and in other ways he felt really bad about it, almost angry or something, he wanted to be the one who was talking to Phil and asking him all kind of questions, but he'd already asked those questions and knew the answers. Why did he feel like this? He felt terrible about it, but couldn't help it, it was so confusing.

It was late when the tree of them left the hospital, Dan walked in silence while staring at the ground beneath him. He just wanted to sleep, but he was afraid of the nightmares that'd been hunting him, he was actually terrified of them. At the same time, there was the problem about Phil, and his thoughts and feelings, he let out a sight.

PJ stopped up and looked back at Dan "are you okay mate?" he asked and gazed at Dan with his green eyes.

"Year, you look really tired, you alright?" Chris said to emphasize what PJ had just asked him.

Dan looked up at them "Year, I'm fine, just tired and such." PJ and Chris looked worried at each other, and then Dan.

"Okay, lets hurry and get home then" Chris said before PJ got the chance to ask another question, they parted without another word, and when Dan closed the door behind him, he leant his back against the door and let himself fall down so he sat in front of the door. He placed his face in his palms and let out a sight. After a while he realised that he had to get up, so his mom could get in when she came home, he got up and walked into his room where he tossed himself at the bed and closed his eyes, why was it so confusing?
