Phan - The runaway - Part: 11

The voice from above POV :3

Phil stayed in the hospital for three weeks until they would release him, but his identity was still unknown, and his memory hadn’t returned to him yet. Basically, he didn’t have anywhere to live, and the doctors was afraid to put him in the system, they weren’t sure his mind was able to switch families, and to create family like bonds with new people. Phil stayed an entire week longer at the hospital than he needed, until Ms Howell decided to take him in, so he could stay with them until they found his family, November 29 he moved in with Dan and his mother, four weeks after the accident.

Phil POV

“Are you sure I’m not a bother?” Phil asked Ms Howell when she showed him the extra room he was supposed to stay in, he couldn’t help feeling like he was troublesome and a bother, having to live with them like this.

“No, you’re not a bother dear” she smiled at Phil “Dan and I are happy to have you, I’ve even signet you up for Dan’s school, so when your arm’s healed you can attend school with him, Chris and PJ.”

Phil looked at his arm, it was still in plaster, his legs had healed fast, luckily, and there were only a few problems with his ribs from time to time, so the biggest problem now was that damn arm. He let out a sight and gave Ms Howell a thankful smile.

“You’ll just call if you need something, okay?” Phil nodded and looked around in the room, it wasn’t huge, but he loved it. The guilt stroke him when he realised that the bed was new, and the desk to, why did they do all of this for him? The only thing they knew about him was his name, and they wasn’t even sure that it was his real name.

“Do you want me to show you around?” Phil turned around to face Ms Howell still standing in the corridor, he smiled at her and nodded.

She smiled, and displayed the cute dimples, Dan’s simples, Phil smiled inside, he looked forward till Dan came home from school, and this was the first time where Phil wasn’t captured in a hospital bed.

“This is the bathroom” Ms Howell pointed at one of the doors, “the kitchen and living room which you have seen, my room” she pointed out the different doors before she stopped in front of the last door and opened it “and Dan’s room.” Phil peeked into the bedroom, the walls were covered in posters with bands like Muse and all of Dan’s favourite, in the shelves stood a huge collection of videogames and his clothes lay spread throughout the room. Phil laughed inside, the room was definitely Dan’s. Ms Howell closed the door again and smiled at him.

“So, that’s it, think you can find your way around?” she asked, Phil nodded and smiled at her before he walked into his own room again.

He tossed himself at the bed with a huge smile at his face, he was going to live with Dan for a while! Dan had turned into his best friend in no time, and he wanted to be with him all the time. He couldn’t help but think about how beautiful he was and how happy he made him whenever they were together, Phil loved him, more than anything or anyone else, but he was confused. Phil knew he loved Dan, but was it as a brother, or did he actually like him like a lover? He pulled Lion out of his sports bag and gave him a giant hug, before whispering to it.

“What do you think? Do I love Dan?” His heart flicked when he asked the lion, and he smiled to himself.

“I really DO love him, don’t I?”
