Phan - The runaway - Part: 6

Phil POV

"I'll call you Phil, if I may?" Dan asked him with a slightly laugh.

Phil nodded "Dan and Phil" he said with a smile and Dan gave a huge smile which were returned, Phil felt warm and happy, even though he didn't know who he was, he felt safe with this Dan be his side.

Dan suddenly stood up and walked to the other side of the bed, Phil looked confused at him until he noticed the sports bag next to his bed, was it Dan's or his? He honestly didn't know. Dan picked up the bag and placed it on the chair he'd just left, he gave Phil a huge smile "Don't you think we should look at your stuff? It might be helpful."

So it were his own back, Phil nodded at Dan's request "I wander what's in there" he said as Dan opened the bag, he gave a small laugh when he saw the first thing, a stuffed lion, he pulled it out of the back and showed it to Phil "does this remind you of anything?"

Phil stared at the lion for minutes, before he shook his head and sent a slight smile to Dan. He stared at it for a little longer before he brought out a bigger smile "It's really cute though, lion's are cute." Dan laughed and gave him the lion, Phil really felt like he knew the lion, but he couldn't recall it, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't.

Dan went through everything in the bag, they laughed over the fact that the both of them liked the same music and such things, not that Phil could remember any of the songs, but he owned every CD muse had ever made, and some other, so he had to like them right? They also used the same clothes size and same style.

Phil felt like Dan and he was destined to meet, and to become friends. They had so much fun together, even though it'd only been two hours or something since Phil woke up, Dan made him feel happy, and safe.

Dan packed the sports bag and put it back where he found it, except for the lion which stayed with Phil. Phil laid back and closed his eyes, he felt tired, but it'd just been so much fun to talk with Dan so he didn't want to go to sleep again.

"It's okay if you sleep, you must be tired" Phil smiled when Dan spoke the words he'd just been thinking about himself, this had to be destiny, he knew it.

Just when he was about to fall asleep, he hears footsteps, and a woman came into the room, she was round 40, with hassle brown eyes and curled brown hair with some white hairs hidden in the brown ones. She gave Dan a huge and loving smile when she noticed him in the room.

"Dan, darling you should have told me that you came over today, I thought you wanted to stay at home for once" Phil looked confused at the woman, who was she?

"Sorry, mom" Dan said with a cheeky voice "but I suddenly just felt like going." Phil was happy that Dan had not stayed at home, he slightly remembered the last time he woke up, not sure about how long ago it was, but he'd been screaming and crying.

Dan's mom sighted and looked at Phil, first with a smile, and then it turned into a grimace Phil couldn't figure out.

"He's awake?" she looked at Dan with a tight smile "how long have he been awake?" Dan looked down, but why? He hadn't done anything wrong?

"Around three hours?" He sent his mother a cheeky smile but she just sighted, and turned towards Phil.

"Hello, I'm Ms Howell, I'm your private nurse" she gave Phil a comforting smile "do you remember anything?"

Phil shook his head, and smiled at her "but I think my name's Phil."
"And why do you think so?" she asked smiling, she seemed nice.

Phil looked at Dan, and he helped answer the question, and in the end they just told his mother everything they'd talked about until now.

It was late when Dan went home, and he promised Phil to come back after school the day after, if Phil had to be honest, he didn't want Dan to leave, but he didn't have a choice.

He couldn't wait to see Dan again.
